WHAT A SAUCE!
A simple yet delicious recipe from the 'Cook of the House'.
Linda McCartney's Christmas Cranberry Sauce
1 pack of 'Ocean Spray' fresh cranberries
1 Navel orange
2 cups of white sugar
Clean the cranberries under cold water. Cut the orange (unpeeled) into ten pieces. Remove the pips. Put cranberries, orange and sugar into a blender. Blend until finely chopped. Serve cold with your Christmas meal.
